Preparing a salad is very simple. You need to take two large carrots (raw) and grate them on a very fine grater. There should be at least three meals a day, and it is desirable to consume salad in equal amounts. During meals, the salad should be chewed thoroughly to avoid stomach problems in the future.
During the day, you should strictly adhere to the recommended rate of fluid intake – drink mineral water (or high-quality green tea) at least a spirit of liters.
