To date, there are a considerable number of a wide variety of diets: chocolate, banana, apple, vegetable, etc. Today we will talk about a low-calorie, sparing chicken diet.

As a rule, diets have “talking” names, and the chicken diet is no exception: the main product of the diet is chicken breast. Yes, it is the breast, because of all the parts of the chicken, the breast is the lowest in calories. In addition, white meat contains proteins, amino acids, vitamins (mainly vitamin B) and minerals (iron, copper, calcium, phosphorus). Plus, chicken meat contains virtually no cholesterol.

Let’s go directly to the diet of the chicken diet. As mentioned above, the main product is chicken breast. The chicken is either boiled or baked without oil and salt. Fried chicken should be avoided. In addition to chicken, vegetables and vegetable salads, fruits, cereals, natural juices can be included in the diet. Alcohol should be abandoned, only dry wine is allowed (1 glass per day). From non-alcoholic drinks, water, herbal teas, coffee, mineral water are allowed.

For the duration of the diet, you will have to give up salt and sugar, which is quite difficult, respectively, you will have to drink tea and coffee without sugar (you are lucky if you are indifferent to sugar). If it doesn’t work at all without salt, then you can slightly add salt to ready-made dishes (note that they are ready-made). It is also important to consider that the total calorie content should not exceed 1200-1400 per day. Half should be chicken, the other half – acceptable products. The duration of such a diet is 7 days, the effectiveness is the ability to lose up to 5 kilograms.

We offer you the following sample menu:

  • 1 day. Boil chicken fillet (500 g) and rice (350 g). Remember that we cook without salt. It is necessary to distribute the specified amount of food throughout the day. Eat foods separately from each other, for example, first they ate rice, then chicken. Drink for the first day – vegetable or fruit juice without sugar (250 ml). Have a relaxing cup of tea before bed.
  • Day 2 At your disposal are 700 grams of chicken meat and 500 grams of pineapple. Why pineapples? Because thanks to the enzyme bromelain, which is found in pineapples, fats are burned, and excess fluid is also removed. However, for those who have high acidity, this option is not suitable, so you can simply repeat the menu of the first day. Do not forget about drinking: during the day you need to drink at least one liter of plain water.
  • 3, 4, 5 days. The menu of these three days should consist of chicken, vegetables and fruits. Half of the required calories should be chicken, the other half – vegetables and fruits. You can eat raw fruits and vegetables, you can vegetable salads. The amount of water is 1.5 liters.
  • 6, 7 days. In the last days, 700 grams of chicken breast and one bunch of lettuce are allowed. The amount of water is the same, 1.5 liters, tea without sugar is also allowed.

Another option is also possible, the diet of which is only chicken. This is already a mono-diet, designed for 3 days. The menu is easy to remember: every day we eat 700 grams of chicken in 5-6 approaches. From drinks tea without sugar and water is allowed.

With a mono-diet, it is strictly forbidden to salt meat. For 3 days it is possible to throw off up to 2 kilograms. The chicken mono-diet is tolerated quite easily, unlike other mono-diets, so if you need to lose just a couple of kilograms in a short time, then this is a great option.

So, the chicken diet is one of the easiest and most delicious diets. The main thing is not to abuse it: we advise you not to sit on this diet for more than a week. And one more piece of advice: buy meat at the market, find out from which farmers you can buy a natural, high-quality product, after all, you will have to eat it for a week.
