Cleopatra, powerful, famous, independent and strong, sung in literature and in cinema. Her romantic image has become an ideal for many modern women, the secrets of Cleopatra’s beauty have been passed down through the millennia.
The legendary secret of Cleopatra’s beauty, charm, sexuality was milk baths.
Milk contains vitamins A and D, natural beta-hydroxy acids that regenerate the skin, soften and rejuvenate the skin, gently remove dead cells. Cleopatra’s milk baths preserve and heal the skin, make it soft and smooth, give elasticity to the skin, and increase the water-salt balance. People with sensitive skin are advised to use goat’s milk, which has the same pH as humans. For oily skin, skim or dry milk can be used.
Cleopatra took a bath with camel milk, but today it is very problematic to get it, so modern women, in pursuit of beauty and youth, use other types of milk that have no less strong therapeutic effect:
- oat milk is a natural substitute for cow’s milk, contains many proteins, essential amino acids such as tryptophan and lysine, essential oils, vitamins B1, B2, B6, carotene, pantothenic and nicotinic acids, oats are rich in potassium, magnesium fluoride and iodine, bath with oat milk can soothe and moisturize sensitive skin;
- rice milk contains a lot of potassium and almost no sodium, therefore it has a beneficial effect on the removal of excess fluid from the body, has an anti-inflammatory effect, reduces itching;
- soy milk, made from soybeans, it is rich in oils and protein, but its greatest benefit is in isoflavones, which are similar in composition to the hormone estrogen, have a beneficial effect on women’s health;
- some women do not have the opportunity to take a bath, and as an alternative they apply whey or thick yogurt to the body, a “dry” version of the Cleopatra bath is obtained.

You can experiment with proportions, but for the greatest efficiency, at least 4 liters of boiled cow’s milk, or at least 200 grams of powdered milk, 300-400 grams of honey, and sandalwood oil. The water temperature is 37-40 degrees, you need to dive into the water slowly so that the body gradually gets used to this temperature. You need to be in the bathroom for at least 20 minutes.
The action of Cleopatra’s bath is enhanced by a natural scrub of ground sea salt and heavy cream, in the proportion of 200 grams of salt per 100 grams of thick, heavy cream.
If you put a nylon stocking filled with oatmeal in the bathroom, and after the procedure rub it on, the skin will be well cleansed and saturated with the necessary components for smoothness and elasticity.
