The diet lasts 10 days. Thanks to her, you will not only cleanse your skin, but also be able to get rid of a couple of extra pounds. When following a diet, you should follow a few rules.

  1. The drinks. No matter how difficult it is for you, but for the duration of the diet, you should stop drinking coffee and black tea. Carbonated drinks should also be excluded from your diet. All this you should replace with purified drinking water, green tea and vegetable juices. You need to drink 2 to 2.5 liters of water per day. Water will speed up the metabolism of the body and remove all toxic substances.
  2. Sweets. All sweets are high carbohydrate foods. Excessive consumption can cause not only the appearance of acne, but also excess weight. Therefore, for the duration of the diet, forget about them.
  3. Fatty meat, eggs. These foods are rich in protein, but they also slow down the body’s metabolism and pollute it with cholesterol. The same applies to fried and smoked dishes. If you can’t give up meat entirely, eat boiled chicken or rabbit, or replace the meat with soy.
  4. Fast food. Chips, pizzas, hamburgers – exclude from your diet and preferably never eat at all. They do not give your body any nutrients, but only pollute it.
  5. Fruits and vegetables. You can use these products in unlimited quantities. The fiber contained in them normalizes the functioning of the intestines and speeds up the metabolism of the body. Pay special attention to carrots, lemon, garlic and parsley. They contain all the vitamins that your skin needs at the moment.
  6. Kashi. Your breakfast must include porridge. Give preference to oatmeal and rice porridge. They have the greatest cleansing and normalizing effect among cereals.
  7. Bread. Try to limit your consumption of bread. If you can’t refuse it, choose rye.
  8. Dairy. Try to consume as many dairy products as possible. They perfectly normalize the microflora of the stomach and are quickly digested. Drinking a glass of yogurt before going to bed perfectly normalizes the work of the stomach.

During the diet, watch the calorie content of your food and in no case overeat. Your diet should not exceed 1300 calories. Eat as often as possible, but in small portions. Have vegetable snacks when you feel hungry.

The diet should be repeated every month. At the same time, leaving the diet, eat only healthy and nutritious foods. Monitor the quality of your food. Remember – everything you use will sooner or later affect your skin.
