Facial peeling at home

Facial peeling at home is a very useful procedure with which you can renew the skin layer while removing dead skin cells, dust and dirt.

Peeling can be different: vacuum, chemical, laser, mechanical. But you yourself can only do chemical or mechanical. But it is better to use mechanical peeling, because with a chemical peel, products containing acids are applied to the skin – and this is very dangerous.

What is peeling for?

If you do peeling regularly, it will have a positive effect on your skin:

  1. The skin is thoroughly cleansed.
  2. The skin is made smoother and younger due to the fact that you get rid of the top layer of dead skin.
  3. Makes skin pigmentation less visible.
  4. After peeling, the effectiveness of cosmetics will increase several times.

It is necessary to remember…

Each girl has her own skin type, so there is a peeling for different types of skin. Regular peeling is done about once a week. For combination and oily skin, the peeling procedure can be done more often. If you have sensitive skin, then it is better to refuse peeling, otherwise you may injure your skin.

Several peeling recipes

  • Peeling on honey – done with rough skin. Melt in a water bath in a small cup two tbsp. l. honey. Let the honey cool a little, squeeze the juice from half a lemon there, then add one tbsp. l. wheat bran. Apply the honey mixture on your face for about half an hour, then rinse your face with warm water.
  • We apply foam from baby soap on the face and with a small amount of granulated sugar we make rotating movements, clasping the entire face. For dry skin, this method is not suitable.
  • We do curd peeling. Grind a teaspoon of rice in a coffee grinder and mix with half a teaspoon of oil, then add two tbsp. l. cottage cheese. Apply the entire mixture on your face for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove the peel from the cucumber and squeeze the juice from the pulp. To this pulp, add one tbsp. a spoonful of oatmeal and one tsp. salt (preferably sea salt), mix it all up, and add a couple of drops of rose oil and add cucumber juice to the state of porridge. We cleanse the skin with light movements for 2 minutes, then leave it on the face for 10 minutes. Next, rinse with warm water.
  • If your skin is prone to peeling, then grind the shell of half an egg in a coffee grinder and mix with one tsp. sour cream and yolk from one egg. Apply to the skin for 20 minutes, then wash your face well.
  • Grind half a teaspoon of Hercules and mix with a small amount of finely grated carrots. Apply to the skin of the face for about 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

But do not forget that in order for your skin to look just great, you need to do more than peeling. This is just one way to beauty.
