Herbs for hair

To date, there is a large selection of products for strengthening, restoring and giving volume to hair. But, unfortunately, if you delve into the composition of the proposed products, you can see a large content of chemistry.

More than once I faced such a problem as finding the right shampoo and balm for me, since my hair is very picky. I finally found a good, not expensive cosmetics that was suitable for my hair. A few months later, after seeing an ad on TV, I decided to change it. In terms of price category, it was more expensive than the cosmetics that I used before. But after the first use, I noticed a strong peeling of the head and the hair became dry and faded. After such experiments, I decided to try the methods that our grandmothers used.

Convinced by my own example that it is not so difficult to make your own rinse, tonic and even shampoo containing hair nutrients that do not destroy the hair itself and do not irritate the scalp.

The most popular herbs for hair are:

  • nettle, which eliminates dandruff and has a nourishing effect;
  • mint leaves, which strengthen hair and give it a dark color;
  • parsley leaves and seeds, which add shine to hair;
  • calendula flowers, which brighten and have an anti-inflammatory effect;
  • linden flowers, giving splendor and volume to hair;
  • chamomile, softens, strengthens and brightens and others.
