More than once I faced such a problem as finding the right shampoo and balm for me, since my hair is very picky. I finally found a good, not expensive cosmetics that was suitable for my hair. A few months later, after seeing an ad on TV, I decided to change it. In terms of price category, it was more expensive than the cosmetics that I used before. But after the first use, I noticed a strong peeling of the head and the hair became dry and faded. After such experiments, I decided to try the methods that our grandmothers used.
Convinced by my own example that it is not so difficult to make your own rinse, tonic and even shampoo containing hair nutrients that do not destroy the hair itself and do not irritate the scalp.

Herbal teas to strengthen and grow your hair
At first glance, it may seem that making herbal decoctions is a laborious process, but this is not so. In all cases, the preparation of a decoction of herbs is poured with boiling water and left to cool. Below, I will tell you some recipes for herbal decoctions to grow and strengthen your hair.
For hair growth
From the leaves of burdock, you can prepare not only a decoction, but also an ointment for hair growth.
For a decoction: pour 1 tablespoon of chopped burdock leaves with 1 cup of boiling water and let it brew until cool, then filter the decoction through cheesecloth and rinse your hair.
For the ointment: In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of crushed burdock leaves, bring to a boil and add pork fat. After that, cover the saucepan with a lid so that the mass thickens. Rub into the scalp 5-6 times a week.
Another good remedy is aloe leaves, which must be crushed in a blender and pour boiling water and let it brew. Strain and rinse 2-3 times a week.
To strengthen hair
Chamomile 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon rosemary and 4 small bay leaves are good for strengthening hair. Pour everything with water and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Good strengthening medicinal herbs for hair are: oak bark, fir, ivy, calendula. Choose from any of these herbs. For 1 cup of boiling water 1 tablespoon, let it brew and rinse your head with this decoction 3 times a week.
Nettle decoction is very good for strengthening hair. Pour 300 ml into a saucepan. water and pour 2 tablespoons of chopped nettle leaves and boil for 7-9 minutes. Strain the finished broth and let it cool. Suitable for everyday rinsing.
