SPA procedures are a great opportunity to prolong beauty and youth. Every woman wants to be beautiful and healthy, but it is not always possible to visit specialized salons, in which case you can organize a SPA-salon at home.

To organize a home SPA salon, you need to prepare the necessary products in advance, set aside a little time for yourself and get the most out of the process, and then the result.

Let’s start with water procedures. Everyone knows that they have a relaxing effect, soothe and help the body recover after a busy day at work. Water helps not only relieve stress, but also improve skin condition and even get rid of some diseases. SPA treatments include essential oils, if you are not allergic to them, then feel free to add a few drops of oils to the bath. For example, to cheer up, use oils with the aroma of eucalyptus, citrus and bergamot, and to relax, chamomile, lavender or lemon balm are suitable. Do not mix several oils at the same time.

You can take a milk bath. In this case, it is desirable to use dry milk. This bath is good for the skin. In addition to milk, you can add honey (if you are not allergic to it).

But the recipe for a milk bath from Hollywood stars: for 1 glass of powdered milk, add half a glass of sea salt and a few drops of essential oil (of your choice). We take such a bath for at least 15 minutes, it has a smoothing effect, and due to the addition of salt, it relaxes the muscles.

After taking a bath, peeling is necessary. To prepare a scrub with a rejuvenating and whitening effect, you will need to grind the pulp of a peeled cucumber, squeeze the juice from it. Add to the resulting juice 1 tbsp. oatmeal, 1 tsp fine sea salt and a few drops of rose essential oil. Scrub your face with this mixture for 1-2 minutes, and do not rinse for another 10 minutes.

There is also a good recipe for a cleansing, nourishing and moisturizing scrub: Grind rice in a coffee grinder, take 1 tsp. chopped rice, mix with 1 tbsp. cottage cheese and 1 tsp. vegetable oil. Apply the resulting mass on a damp face, rub for several minutes. Wash off with plenty of warm water after 10 minutes. For oily skin, a kefir scrub is suitable. Apply yogurt generously on your face, when it is almost dry, roll it up with wet fingertips. Then rinse your face with cool water.

Of course, do not forget about the arms and legs. We recommend preparing an emollient cream. To do this, mix half a glass of ground almonds and half a glass of oatmeal, add 3 tbsp. cocoa butter and 3 tbsp. honey. Apply the resulting cream on your hands and feet at night, while wearing socks on your feet, cotton gloves on your hands.

SPA-procedures include wrapping. It is also possible to make it at home. To do this, you will need cling film and some ingredient, such as sour cream, yogurt, or everyone’s favorite chocolate. Before the procedure, the selected ingredient must be heated in a water bath, but not brought to a boil, then generously lubricate the dry skin of the legs and thighs, wrap tightly with a film and wrap yourself under a blanket for 20-30 minutes. Then wash off the remaining product with warm water and apply a moisturizer. After a few such procedures, you will see a positive effect.

Let’s summarize the pros and cons of SPA procedures at home. The pros are, of course, availability, cost savings and ease of preparation of recipes, but there is also a small minus in that you cannot always choose the right procedure for yourself, as a specialist can do. If you competently approach this, do not be lazy, devote more time to yourself, then everything will definitely work out and the effect will be amazing!
