“Crow’s feet” is popularly called mimic wrinkles, which are formed with age around the eyes. They can appear not only in mature women, but also in very young girls. Everyone has a different skin type, lifestyle, and we all take care of the skin around the eyes in different ways, so the age at which a network of wrinkles begins to form on the face is different.
What causes the appearance of “crow’s feet”?
The skin around the eyes has its own peculiarity: it is four times thinner than on the rest of the body, so it requires special attention. “Crow’s feet” or mimic wrinkles appear as a result of the manifestation of any emotions on our face (sadness, joy, anger). Since the skin is very thin, it is less elastic and stretches rather quickly, respectively, the more emotional a person is, the faster wrinkles will appear. It has also been proven that women with dry skin type develop crow’s feet faster than women with oily and normal skin types. Lack of sleep or lack of sleep, diet, cosmetics used, bad habits can also cause wrinkles. But all this does not mean that you need to drive yourself into a very narrow framework and smile 2 times a day.
Prevention
The sooner you begin to properly care for your skin, the longer you can enjoy a young, cheerful and toned look.
Firstly, you should always take care of the skin around the eyes: you need to apply and remove makeup with light and gentle movements, select makeup removers for your skin type and allocate 10-15 minutes at least 3 times a day to relax the muscles give them a rest.
Secondly, now there is a huge amount of skin care around the eyes, most women or girls can choose the right product for their age and skin type. But the problem is that the funds that we find on store shelves have an age limit of “from 25 years old” (this is the minimum age that I found). What, then, to do for those who are not yet 25? I believe that girls at the age of 17-18 should not neglect their skin and it’s time to start taking care of their beauty. To do this, I advise you to do moisturizing and relaxing masks 1-2 times a week. Here are some proven recipes:
- The most common and banal is cucumber rings on the eyes. This is an effective way, since the cucumber contains a lot of moisture, which it saturates the skin with, in addition, the cucumber is green in color and has a fresh, pleasant smell, which has a calming and relaxing effect on the body. When applying cucumbers to the eyes, make sure that the ring covers the entire area around the eye and fits snugly against the skin. This mask should be left for 20-30 minutes.
- You can also use this recipe to give the skin firmness and elasticity: take dill (whether fresh or dried) and chop it to make about one tablespoon, and take one tablespoon of chamomile flowers. Put it all in a saucepan and pour one glass of water. Cook until boiling. Then cool, strain and wipe the skin before going to bed (you can not only around the eyes, but also the skin of the face and neck).
- And one more recipe for cleansing and giving the skin a healthy color: pour two tablespoons of crushed rose hips with one glass of boiling water, let it brew. After strain and also wipe the skin before going to bed.
How to get rid of “crow’s feet”?
What to do if, nevertheless, wrinkles have already appeared? How to smooth them out? Unfortunately, it is impossible to smooth out the “crow’s feet” to the end (without surgical intervention), but it is quite possible to make them almost invisible. In this case, there is just a great variety of creams, gels and lotions on store shelves. And I want to give some folk recipes for aging skin, maybe for someone they will be more effective, efficient and cheaper.
- For this decoction, you need to take one tablespoon of dry crushed plantain and pour three tablespoons of milk. Boil a little, cool, strain. To wash in the morning and in the evening, it is especially good to moisten those places where wrinkles have already formed or are just about to form.
- The next mask must be applied and removed carefully enough to avoid contact with the eyes and eyelashes. To prepare it, we need one medium onion and liquid honey. The onion needs to be grated on a fine grater and add so much honey to make a slurry, but you need to make sure that this slurry does not flow in any case when applied. Leave this mask for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and a cotton pad.
- For oily skin types, a cherry mask is suitable. You need to take the protein of one egg and fresh cherries, grind it all to a pulp and apply on the face and area around the eyes for 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water, and then wash with cold water.
- And the following mask is suitable for dry skin. You need to take about 2 tablespoons of crushed linden flowers and pour a glass of boiling water, let cool. Then coat the skin with thick lime flowers, paying special attention to areas with wrinkles. After 15 minutes, wash off the gruel with the remaining lime infusion, and then wash with clean water. After that, do not wipe your face, but simply pat dry with a towel.
Summarize
In conclusion, I would like to recall one proverb: “Take care of the dress again, and honor from a young age.” Dear girls, women from a young age need to cherish not only honor, but also beauty, so that later, looking at their photographs, not to sigh with the words: “Oh, how beautiful I was,” but to look in the mirror every day and admire yourself and please others. After all, it is so important for a woman to remain beautiful and like herself first of all. And if a woman likes herself, she immediately becomes self-confident, she has a great mood, she succeeds in everything, she is a queen. Therefore, I ask you, do not forget about yourself, dear ladies, because it is not difficult to find at least half an hour a day for yourself, and it is so pleasant to see a beautiful result in the mirror every day.
