Every day, a woman’s legs work: they run to work, go to kindergarten or school with their children, stand at stops for a long time, go to different shops, trample in the kitchen by the stove, spend a lot of time in tight shoes. Feet are hard workers and deserve care and attention. Someone will say that there are no funds for beauty salons or no strength for home care. These are just excuses. You can arrange a SPA-salon at home and pamper your legs, feet, and heels.
Foot baths
To relieve fatigue, relax the muscles, it is recommended to make a bath with a peeling effect. To do this, pour warm water into a basin, pour sea salt (1 tablespoon per 1 liter of water). Until the salt crystals have dissolved, lower your legs into a basin of water and move your feet over the salt. Thus, the work of important points located on the feet is activated, and they themselves will receive a tonic and cleansing massage. Take a bath for 10 minutes. To give the skin elasticity, it is good to add essential oils, just a few drops, tea tree, orange, eucalyptus.
To soften the skin on the heels and feet, you can make a milk bath. Pour warm water into a bowl and add milk to it in a ratio of 2: 1. In this solution, hold the feet for 10 minutes. Then dry with a towel and rub with a slice of lemon.
To soften the hardened skin of the feet and heels, add a quarter cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, half a glass of milk, 2 tbsp. to a bowl of warm water. l. olive oil and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix everything and lower your legs into the pelvis for 15 minutes. Then wipe dry, apply a fat cream with vitamins, put on warm socks and lie down.

Down with everything superfluous
When the skin of the feet is sufficiently steamed, they proceed to the next stage – peeling. You need to apply the scrub with light circular movements from the fingertips to the heel, thus obtaining both a tonic massage and cleansing. Add semolina to any nourishing cream (even expired), and then apply on the heels and massage with the finished composition for 5-7 minutes. Wash off the scrub with warm water. Apply no more than 2 times a week.
Scrub “Eastern”. Mix 1 tbsp. l. coffee, ground cinnamon and cocoa powder. Add to the mixture 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tsp grated ginger root and 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Mix, apply on the skin of the heels, feet, massage for 2-3 minutes, leave for another 5-7 minutes, and then remove with warm water.
Masks and compresses
After cleansing the heels of old skin, they must be thoroughly moisturized. To do this, just use a nourishing foot cream or a small amount of warm vegetable oil. Instead of vegetable oil, castor oil can be applied to the heels. The procedure is done before bed. Wrap your legs in plastic and put on your socks. Wash off the oil with warm water in the morning.
Softness and silkiness of the feet and heels will help to give a special onion compress. After taking a warm bath, attach two halves of the onion, scalded with boiling water, to the heels. Wrap your feet in plastic wrap, put on socks and go to bed. After sleep, remove the compress, rub with a pumice stone, rinse with warm water and spread with a fat cream.
Heels, to become tender, can be lubricated with olive mayonnaise for a week, preferably before bedtime. Wrap with foil, put on socks at night, wash everything off in the morning. The result is amazing! Heels are pink and smooth in just a week.
After steaming, scrubbing, rub a mixture of olive oil and honey into the skin of the feet in a ratio of 1: 1. Wrap with cellophane, put on warm socks and leave for 30-40 minutes, then remove. This tool guarantees skin hydration and nutrition, makes the heels soft like a baby.
To soften the heels, once a week, you can make a mask of young, juicy zucchini, finely chopped or chopped on a grater. Apply them on a gauze napkin, and then on the legs and leave for half an hour. Then rinse with warm water and smear the feet with a nourishing foot cream. For heels, you can use any masks from vegetables, fruits and berries. All of them moisturize the skin and deliver the necessary vitamins.
Getting rid of cracks
Cracked heels are a fixable problem. There are several useful recipes. One of them: after taking a bath, rub the steamed heels with ordinary lard and attach a cabbage leaf. Wrap your feet in a plastic bag and put on socks. In the morning, lubricate your feet with a moisturizing nourishing cream. Repeat the procedure until the cracks are completely healed.
You can try this option: boil the potatoes in their skins, mash them, mix with the water where they were boiled, cool a little, and support the legs in this broth for 30-40 minutes. Then rinse with water and spread cracks on the heels with castor oil or some fat, nourishing cream. Put on socks and go to bed.
Slippers oatmeal help heal cracks. You need to cook oatmeal, add flaxseed oil to it, you can have more, spread evenly over two bags. Put the bags on the feet, somehow warm them from above. Leave on for 2 hours, then rinse with warm water. After several procedures, the skin on the heels will become soft and smooth.
For prevention, it is useful to make baths with decoctions of herbs, wound healing and anti-inflammatory: chamomile, St. John’s wort, calendula, sage, elecampane, oak bark. If the heels have dry skin and cracks, then it is recommended every day.
