How to quickly lose weight in the hips

The eternal problem is big hips, as you want the cherished 90cm and 42 size. But, as you know, the hips are the last to lose weight, so you will have to make a lot of effort to achieve the result. Do you agree? Then forward to fighting.

First, we cut out a superstar whose hips you like more from a fashion magazine, glue our photo (face) on it, how cute it turned out. You are smiling? Then we have already started to work, a good mood is the key to the right result. We glue the resulting collage on the refrigerator and make a note: “Refuse flour and sweet, fried and canned.”

We change our diet

Monday. During the day:

  • Green tea with honey, a slice of wholemeal bread with bran.
  • Apple – 1 piece, banana – 1 piece, a glass of freshly squeezed juice (vegetable, fruit).
  • Chicken broth – 300 grams, boiled fish – 150 grams, fresh vegetable salad dressed with olive oil (necessarily tomatoes and sweet peppers)
  • Low-fat cottage cheese with unsweetened yogurt, green or red tea
  • Boiled broccoli -200 grams, hard-boiled egg – 1 piece. You can eat until 18:00
  • Before going to bed, drink a glass of kefir.

Tuesday. During the day:

  • Green tea, cottage cheese with honey.
  • Apple – 1 piece, kiwi – 1 piece, a glass of freshly squeezed juice (vegetable, fruit).
  • Beef broth – 300 grams, boiled chicken – 150 grams, fresh vegetable salad dressed with olive oil (necessarily tomatoes and sweet peppers)
  • Yogurt – 200 grams, flower tea.
  • Boiled rice with vegetables -200 grams.
  • Before going to bed, drink a glass of kefir.

Wednesday. During the day.

  • Green tea, a mixture of dried fruits – 150 grams.
  • Apple – 1 piece, orange – 1 piece, a glass of freshly squeezed juice (vegetable, fruit).
  • Vegetable broth – 300 grams, boiled turkey – 150 grams, fresh vegetable salad dressed with olive oil (necessarily tomatoes and sweet peppers)
  • Muesli – 100 grams, seasoned with low-fat yogurt, hibiscus tea.
  • Buckwheat with olive oil -200 grams.
  • Before going to bed, drink a glass of kefir.

Thursday, during the day you can:

  • Green tea, oatmeal – 150 grams.
  • Apple – 1 piece, pineapple – 200 grams, a glass of freshly squeezed juice (vegetable, fruit).
  • Ukha – 200 grams, boiled rabbit – 150 grams, fresh vegetable salad dressed with olive oil (required tomatoes and sweet peppers)
  • Dry bread – 100 grams, tea from chamomile flowers and rose hips.
  • Boiled squid with seaweed -200 grams.
  • Before going to bed, drink a glass of kefir.

Friday and Saturday unloading, you can drink non-carbonated water and low-fat kefir in unlimited quantities.

Sunday (day of cleansing the body). We make a salad of fresh cabbage, carrots, beetroot, season with honey, lemon juice, olive oil. We eat all day long. We drink green tea, still water, kefir in the evening.

Hip Slimming Exercises

During the week, we do simple exercises to reduce the hips:

  • Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, alternately raise the right and left legs high (20 times each).
  • Standing feet shoulder-width apart, raise the straight right leg to the side, then the left (20 times).
  • From a standing position, we sit down a little and stand like this for more than a minute until the leg muscles begin to tremble (10 times).
  • We sit on the floor of the legs with the socks on ourselves, the arms are straight along the line of the body, resting the palms on the floor. While inhaling, we raise the hips up, hold for 10 seconds, return to the starting position (10 times).

Now it’s spring and you can easily ride a bike, an hour a day before going to bed is enough, if you don’t have a bike, you can run.

Also, such a procedure as a shower – Charcot helps well. It is quite inexpensive, but painful, but very effective.
