For lunch there was a variety of food, but you understand that they always save on food, and it turns out that mashed potatoes are not made with milk, but with water, borscht without meat, etc.

That’s weight loss for you – proper nutrition.

  • For lunch: a light soup, mashed potatoes on the water, and a small cutlet, from drinks – jelly, juice (necessarily citrus) and you can also have tea with a small addition of sugar.
  • For dinner: buckwheat porridge with boiled liver, jelly.

That’s practically every day. And full and the figure is slim!

What menu was there?

  • Lunch: boiled rice with a piece of boiled sausage, rice with boiled chicken.
  • Dinner: don’t even count on more buckwheat porridge without oil, but a piece of boiled fish or a boiled ham is up to you.

Still, don’t think it’s that easy. In order for the effect to be already noticeable after 7-10 days, you need to perform certain exercises. Jogging – at least 2 kilometers a day, do not start immediately from a long distance, otherwise you will quickly get tired and even possibly exhaust your body. Swimming will also bring great benefits, if you go to the pool at least once a week, then the effect will not be long in coming!

If you do not have the opportunity to run daily, then do exercises at home:

  1. Tilts to the left, to the right – 10-20 times in the morning and in the evening.
  2. You can also download the press.
  3. If you want to focus on the hips and buttocks, then before going to bed, first lie down on one side, then on the other and raise your leg to the limit. At first, 20 times with one and the other leg, every two days increase the load by 2 lifts.
  4. In the pool, actively engage in: breaststroke, crawl, backstroke, dolphin, in general, those in which most of the muscles of your body are most involved.

But be aware that excessive weight loss can lead to certain diseases, do not overdo it!

So, by eating right and doing a certain range of exercises, you will achieve excellent results, without harm to your health.

If you want to tone yourself up and achieve a good healing effect, you can brew teas with herbs, such as: chamomile, mint, linden blossom, St. John’s wort and much more are very useful.

It is also very useful – juice: asparagus juice mixed with carrot juice, beetroot juice, carrot juice, white cabbage juice, Brussels sprouts juice, a mixture of carrot, beetroot and cucumber juices. All these juices have a lot of useful properties. Juices must be exceptionally fresh, without seasoning.
