The main rule of such nutrition is the incompatibility of proteins and carbohydrates in one meal. For the processing of various products that have entered the body, a certain environment is required (acidic for proteins, alkaline for carbohydrates) and the more incompatible products a person has consumed, the worse they will be absorbed. As a result, we get poisoning with body toxins and fat deposition.

To avoid this, incompatible products should be consumed at intervals of 2 hours. Taking into account all of the above, it can be noted that in the fight against excess weight, separate nutrition plays an important role and the transition to it should be gradual, because it will be extremely difficult for those who like to eat everything indiscriminately to give up their habits.

The first step to changing your diet may well be the introduction of fasting days, which will help reduce the burden on the body and accelerate the pace of weight loss.

  • Watch the temperature of the food, it should not be lower than room temperature.

  • Minimize preservation, sugar, mayonnaise, sausages, flour.

Step three is the most difficult. It is necessary to follow the basic rules of this system:

  • Fish and meat are allowed to eat only low-fat in combination with vegetables (without starch).
  • Legumes are recommended to be combined with vegetables, preferably green and vegetable oils (unrefined).
  • Starchy and semi-starchy vegetables do not combine with animal fats. Non-starchy vegetables harmonize well with animal fats and vegetable oils.
  • Sour fruits, watermelons, melons and tomatoes should be consumed as independent dishes and before meals, 20 minutes before.
  • Milk should be treated like food. It should not be combined with acidic foods. It is preferable to drink milk separately.
  • Cottage cheese is in harmony with green vegetables and dairy products.
  • Eggs are compatible with vegetables, preferably green. But the mushrooms are a separate group. They are well absorbed, both with carbohydrates and proteins.

A person needs time to get used to any changes in nutrition. A couple of months will pass and you will feel changes in your body, naturally for the better. The changes will also affect your figure.
