Unloading day on the kefir itself

Having prepared the body for a fasting day on kefir, it should be transferred easily. That is, it is desirable to spend the first fasting days, for example, on kefir and buckwheat, then on kefir and apples or kefir and cucumbers in order to protect the body from unnecessary stress as much as possible. On this day, unnecessary water will go away, and the body will be cleansed of toxins as much as possible. It is advisable to drink 1.5 liters of kefir per day, prepared from a special sourdough. It is also necessary to drink water, at least 1.5 liters per day.

If you feel weak, you can eat a couple of tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese. But only until 6pm. You can also replace the cottage cheese with a couple of cucumbers.

On this day, you should not load yourself with exercises, and even more so with intense physical activity. To play sports, you need to follow the appropriate nutrition: the diet should contain proteins, fats and very few carbohydrates.

When such a fasting day is spent, do spa treatments. They relax the body and soul. But also do not forget that kefir should be drunk throughout the day in small sips with an interval of 2-3 hours.
