Yeast face masks

Faces and bodies were a characteristic feature of the work of artists from the time of the Great Titian. And, interestingly, all women had an amazing velvety glow of the face, which competed with images of a juicy bunch of grapes, in each berry of which the solar fire lived, pulsated and darted. The color of the lips was so natural that it resembled raspberry juice.

These women had everything to radiate beauty and health: clean air and clear water, natural natural food, a healthy lifestyle without cigarettes, coffee, beer and 16 hour working days. Imagine – there were no emulsifiers, stabilizers, any E-additives, minibuses, metro, TVs, computers, telephone networks … But a modern woman still wants to have velvety, pink skin on her face. And yeast comes to the rescue – masks for all skin types. And dry, and oily, and normal, and mixed, and problematic, and with freckles and without them birthmarks – just love yourself beloved. In fact, to love yourself beloved, you need to prepare. And regardless of skin type.

What do you need for a yeast mask?

Mirror, terry comfort robe, brush or cotton swab, mask removal wipes, moisturizers, ice chips or ice cubes with mint, rose or lavender oil. Necessarily calm music for “relaxation” – for example: singing birds, the murmur of running water and the melodic tinkling of bells. Bowls with cold and warm water, cups for mixing ingredients and, finally, all sorts of measuring spoons, cups. Ready? We start working on ourselves.

What kind of yeast is needed?

For yeast masks, ordinary baker’s yeast is suitable, which are sold in briquettes (packs) of 25, 50, 100 grams. Larger packs of 1 kg are needed for the production of “fire water”, and we use a little bit of shiver, a little bit. Yeast must be fresh, with a pleasant smell, freely colored, light in color, without dark brown blotches.

Preliminary preparation

So, they sat down in front of the mirror and carefully tidied up all the hair under the bandage. Made available the face, ears, neck, chin, décolleté, shoulders. A five-minute compress was made with a napkin soaked in warm melt water, covering all the indicated areas. And the yeast mask is already being prepared.

Oily Skin Recipes

To dry the skin, grind 50 grams of yeast with water or warm kefir until a homogeneous mass is formed, add a spoonful of sour cream (I hope that there is not powder, but natural sour cream) and stir. It is necessary to achieve such a density that the warm mask can be applied to the face in a thick layer, so we add the liquid to the yeast in small portions. The mask applied with a brush or cotton swab should be on the face for about 20 minutes.

Have you put on a mask? Captured the chin area, decollete? Music turned on? It’s time for relaxation. Relax and don’t run in your thoughts… After 20 minutes, wash off the mask with warm water, and a little later, wash your face with ice chips, not forgetting your neck, chin, and shoulders.

Here is another tip for owners of oily skin – a tightening and cleansing mask. In yeast diluted with water (liquids are added in small portions!) Add 5-10 grams of fresh lemon juice (natural, from lemon, not lemon essence!). Carefully rub one egg white. Uniformity is achieved in the mixture, and this creamy mass is applied to the face with a brush. And again 20 minutes of “relaxation” to the music of Vivaldi. Rinse off with warm water, pat dry your face.

Recipe for combination skin

Combination skin loves oily makeup of all kinds. Let’s add a whole chicken egg to our pounded yeast (for this purpose, the egg should be from a real, not an incubator chicken, and very fresh – it should glow through the shell with a pleasant pink color in the light), a teaspoon of freshly downloaded honey and a tablespoon of fresh flour or oatmeal, as a thickener. Rub thoroughly again. We prepare a mask based on the face, neck, chin, décolleté, shoulders. Apply with a brush to all the listed areas of the body for 20 minutes. Rinse with cool melt water and wash with fragrant crumbs.

If there is no melt water, then it can be replaced with fresh goat’s milk. Such a mask will not only nourish the skin, but also restore its natural pink matte shade.

To lighten age spots (freckles)

Sometimes freckles, appearing with the arrival of the spring sun, bring a lot of negative emotions to their owners. Well, let’s try to overcome them. Dilute a tablespoon of yeast to a homogeneous mass with freshly prepared cucumber juice. You can even use a cucumber grated on a carrot grater (of course, the cucumber should not be from the greenhouse!), if there is no cucumber, we will replace it with viburnum or lemon juice. Everyone knows that hydrogen peroxide also lightens stains. So 3% hydrogen peroxide can be added to the yeast. Of course, you need to lubricate only the area where there are these playful freckles – face, back. Keep this mask for 15 minutes. Wash off with cool melt water, dry the skin with a towel, and into battle! After peroxide, it is recommended to lubricate the skin on the face with a moisturizer.

Mask recipe for dry (normal) skin

Yeast is rich in B vitamins, which are responsible for its aging, various microelements, antioxidants, amino acids. Therefore, yeast masks are a lifeline for dry skin. To soften the yeast mixture in milk and honey, add olive oil. A warm mask is applied to the skin of the face, chin and décolleté for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with warm melt water. Soak with a napkin. Have you forgotten about relaxing music? Do not hurry. These minutes are necessary for your self-contemplation.

Who can and cannot use yeast masks?

First, test yourself for tolerance to honey. Secondly, tune in to a long course of such procedures – every third day for a month. Carefully monitor the condition of the skin – it dries out excessively or becomes oily. In general, using natural products, you can not be afraid of a negative effect. There are no age or gender restrictions for the use of such masks. That is, male actors who, due to circumstances, use makeup, can also use recipes for yeast masks.
